緬甸執政黨 只能靠憲法續命

 
緬甸廿五年來第一次全國性自由選舉的官方結果尚未完全出爐，執政黨「鞏固發展黨」（ＵＳＤＰ）的重量級候選人九日已一個接一個承認敗選，兵敗如山倒。代理黨主席塔歐在承認敗選後表示，他將接受大選結果，他說：「我們輸了。」
執政黨在仰光幾乎全軍覆沒，迄今只當選一席。但總統登盛尚未承認執政黨敗選，部分緬甸媒體呼籲他別再拖延，盡早承認敗選。由於緬甸軍方過去曾有不承認選舉結果的前例，儘管這次登盛和塔歐選前一再保證會尊重選舉結果，選民還是不放心。
塔歐是登盛的重要親信，前不久與登盛爭權而被拔除黨主席的國會議長瑞曼也落選。他在臉書上承認敗選。瑞曼是軍事強人丹瑞領導的前軍事執政團內第三號人物，仍被視為角逐總統要角。
塔歐說，他對於自己在被視為執政黨大本營的伊洛瓦底江三角洲選區落敗「很意外」，「我們必須找出敗選原因，但我們會毫不保留接受選舉結果。」
「鞏固發展黨」是由前軍事執政團創建的政黨，由一群退休將領領導。軍事執政黨團二○一一年結束近五十年的執政，把政權交給由退休將領登盛領導的半文人政府。
由翁山蘇姬領導的反對黨若能拿下國會百分之六十七席次，就能籌組政府，並在明年的國會總統選舉拿下總統大位，目前應可達到這個目標。雖然軍方制定的憲法限制翁山參選總統，她已表明，將成為凌駕總統之上的領袖。但路透指出，雖然執政黨大敗，但緬甸仍會有一段不穩定的時期，因為不清楚翁山蘇姬將如何與仍大權在握的軍方分享權利。
